Summary
A strategic, technically fluent marketer to lead PLVision’s demand, product positioning, and community engagement, focused on open‑networking products and developer ecosystems. This role combines content leadership, growth marketing, and developer/community programs to drive qualified leads and influence ARR for PLVision.
Role purpose
As a part of the Business Development, Sales and Marketing team, you will drive the development and execution of PLVision’s Digital Marketing strategy to accelerate the adoption of open‑networking solutions (SONiC LTS, SONiC Lite), generate high‑quality MQLs for product and service sales, trials and recurring support contracts, and strengthen PLVision’s presence in open‑source communities and the industry ecosystem.
Main Responsibilities
- Strategy & planning: define a 12-month and long-term digital roadmap aligning content, demand generation, and community programs with product and sales goals
- Content leadership: collaborate with and oversee the engineering team and Architectural Office on the production of technical content – white papers, case studies, product pages, and developer guides explaining SONiC, SAI, and Custom Development for Open Networking
- Demand generation: support the Business Development and Sales team in designing and running multichannel campaigns (LinkedIn, search, developer channels) to drive sales, trials, and recurring revenue opportunities
- Community & partnerships: manage PLVision’s engagement with OCP, ONUG, the Linux Foundation, and other industrial communities’ projects, webinars, and conference programs
- SEO & website optimization: own technical SEO for product pages (SONiC LTS, SONiC Lite, SAI Launchpad) and conversion optimization
- Sales enablement: support the creation of datasheets, battlecards, ROI calculators, and demo assets to shorten sales cycles
- Analytics & reporting: track MQL → SQL conversion, CAC, LTV/CAC, content ROI, and its influence on ARR

Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B tech marketing experience; experience in infrastructure, networking, telecom, or developer-focused products is a plus
- Proven technical writing and content leadership for executive engineering and development audiences
- Strong hands-on experience with SMM, SEO, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, CMS, and CRM integration with marketing tools
- Experience running developer/community programs, webinars, and partner co-marketing.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, and sales
- Fluent English; EU language skills are advantageous
